Education
I have completed a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Microbiology and Molecular Bioscience with a GPA of 4.5. I have also completed an Honors degree in Microbiology and Immunology which I achieved with distinction and a GPA of 6.
Experience
I have previously worked as a research assistant at the Duke NUS graduate medical school in Singapore. I have experience working as a tutor for a few years now and I am motivated to work as a tutor and teacher because I believe that students represent our hope for the future. The younger generation is our hope for a better world and a brighter future. In addition to this, I would very much like to help students learn to love subjects such as mathematics, English, and Science in general. I firmly believe that most students dislike these subjects because of the way they have been taught. My tutoring sessions are always student-centered, which means that my students determine the pace at which they learn and the topics and materials we focus on.
